For individuals placing an order, click on the card of choice, select from

options, and go to "Cart". The minimum order is $35 in any combination. 

 
To order Boxed Notes, you need select only one image in the Portfolio, and

then choose either a Set of Blank or "Thank You" Notes, and place in your

cart.  


Orders at $85.00 and above are shipped without a freight charge.

A flat fee of $6.50 for shipping will be charged to orders below this

minimum.
